This isn’t the first time I had a desire to merge my business career with ministry. When I was 19 years old, I was modeling professionally in New York City. I had some success, but I realized that modeling was all about me. I didn’t want to live a life that only served my bank account, and that’s where my search for relevance began. That journey led me to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, so I left modeling to attend Bible college.
When I graduated, I re-entered the fashion industry with a goal to make an eternal impact. I signed with a top agency, and launched a ministry called Modeling Christ, a published book and a speaking career.
My industry became my ministry for 2 decades.
When I was introduced to essential oils, I knew I wanted to share them with others. But again, I didn’t want a job or merely want to sell oils. I wanted to give my audience a deep, meaningful experience.
This is when I created Oils of the Bible. Originally, I was looking for biblical uses of oils, and validation that they weren’t New Age propaganda. But what I found was something far deeper.
I found that oils in scripture prophetically and undeniably point to Jesus, and that the original text of oils in the bible foreshadow a coming Messiah. I discovered that genealogies, timelines and anointing’s with oil absolve all question that the Bible IS the supernatural Word of God. What I found changed me, and my audience.
